10 Lost Incidents In Bermuda Triangle

The Bermuda Triangle is one of the most mysterious places in the world. There have been hundreds of planes and vessels disappearing as soon as they enter this place without any certainty what exactly the cause of the mystery is. Here we will review some of the events of missing people, planes, and ships that occurred in the Bermuda Triangle.


10. Douglas C-54 Skymaster, January 26, 1950



We know that the waters of the Bermuda Triangle are dangerous waters. Any ship that enters the area is certain to experience a fateful incident, then disappears without a trace. Not just ships, even airplanes passing over the waters of the Bermuda Triangle can also disappear without a trace.

It was previously reported that the missing was a B-29 Superfortress, but after an investigation by Lawrence Kunsche, it was stated that the missing plane was Douglas C-54 Skymaster. The aircraft was declared missing when doing flight with Alaska route to Montana.


9. Avro Tudor G-AGRE Star Ariel, January 17, 1949


There are two mysteriously lost Tudor IV planes in the Bermuda Triangle. One is Star Tiger and the other is Star Ariel. Which will be discussed first in this list is Star Ariel. Avro Tudor G-AGRE Star Ariel, be it the crew and passengers, disappeared on January 17, 1949.

Total casualties missing from Avro Tudor G-AGRE are as many as 20 people. Where the crew as many as 7 and 13 the rest are passengers. One plane declared mysteriously missing, Flight 201. Flight 201, which was flying with Bimini Island route in the Bahamas, disappeared on March 31, 1984. Losing Flight 201 makes many people wonder and try to search to find the existence of the aircraft as well passengers.

The plane targeted to land on Bimini Island is lost with the mysterious. According to the observation, Flight 201 plane had decreased the speed significantly. Through radio signals, there is absolutely no indication of problems with the aircraft. Suddenly, the plane crashed and disappeared from the radar. An eyewitness at Bimini Island said seeing an airplane fall into the ocean but not found a single plane debris.


7. Piper Navajo, 3 November 1978


Carried by experienced pilots certainly keeps passengers safe while flying to their destination. But whose name fate no one can surmise. As experienced by the plane Eastern Caribbean Airways. Though controlled by experienced pilots, the plane had to disappear mysteriously on November 3, 1978.

It is an experienced pilot Irving Rivers who gets the task of flying a solo flight from St. Louis. Croix to St. Croix Thomas to pick up passengers. Both the aircraft and the weather conditions were in good condition. When about to land at St. Thomas, the plane Rivers had to fly a little longer because there was a plane going to take off. 6. USS Cyclops, March 4, 1918


To transport coal during World War I, Lt. G. W. Worley needed a giant ship. The gigantic ship was named USS Cyclops. In 1918, the USS Cyclops who normally lived on the East Coast, USA, were sent to Rio de Janeiro in February to refuel allied vessels.

USS Cyclops travels with 309 people and the ulai move from Rio de Janeiro to Barbados. USS Cyclops arrived in Barbados in March safely. 4. Douglas DC-3NC16002, December 28, 1948


A planned transport plane flying from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Miami was reported missing on December 28, 1948. The cause of the loss of this Douglas DC-3NC16002 aircraft is unknown to date. The plane is scheduled to land in Miami is carrying 29 passengers and 3 crew.

Robert Linquist, the airplane pilot briefed the airport officer that the warning lights were not working and the battery was running low. But Linquist does not intend to postpone takeoff. Launch traffic in Miami still had time to get the transmission from the plane that was currently in New Orleans. After that, no longer heard the signal from the plane and the aircraft declared missing.


3. Avro Tudor G-AHNP Star Tiger, January 30, 1948.


A plane type Avro Tudor G-AHNP Star Tiger declared mysteriously lost. This large aircraft was declared missing on January 30, 1948. At that time, Avro Tudor G-AHNP was traveling by route from Santa Maria Airport in the Azores to Kindley Field, Bermuda.

2. Theodosia Burr Alston, December 30, 1812

That's because Theodosia Burr Alston is the daughter of former vice president of the United States, Aaron Burr. Theodosia was reported missing on 20 December 1812.

Theodosia disappeared while boarding the Patriot. The Patriot Ship is scheduled to sail from Charleston, South Caroline to New York on December 30, 1812. 1. Flight 19, December 5, 1945

Flight Flight 19 which was done on December 5, 1945 experienced a disaster by mysteriously disappearing. Flight Flight 19 is done by 5 Avenger torpedo bombs. The aircraft left Naval Air Station in Fort Lauderdale led by an Lt pilot. Charles Taylor.

Because of his experience, Lt. Charles Taylor received a mandate to lead as many as 13 pilot beginners to do the flight. Taylor reports to the base that his compass is not working and therefore, Taylor is directed to North Miami from the Florida Keys. Though Taylor was an experienced pilot, Taylor spun around, trying to get out of the Florida Keys, and even further away from the goal. Eventually, Taylor and 13 other pilot pilots get lost and disappear from the radar.
